Minor Surgical Procedure
Make Flatlinecare your provider of choice when it comes to minor surgical procedures. You don’t need to spend hours at a hospital’s ER or wait days for an appointment; just visit us, and our medical professionals will provide you with care.
A minor surgical procedure typically includes any procedure that can be safely performed in an outpatient setting. They involve little risk to the patient’s life and are mainly operations performed on superficial body structures.
Dr Mading-Ongadile performs these procedures in a safe, sterile environment, using a local anaesthetic.
Some of the more common minor surgery procedures performed at Flatlinecare include:
- Stitches and wound care
- Incision and drainage
- Triage and suturing of lacerations
- Removal of foreign bodies
Most minor surgical procedures are completed within minutes. The length of time depends on the type of procedure performed. Expect to spend about 15 to 30 minutes for most of our procedures or up to an hour for more complicated minor procedures.
